What is an Art + Faith Retreat Day?
An Art + Faith Retreat Day is a dedicated time to rest in God’s presence, focusing on communing with Him through the creative language of art.
What can I expect?
We begin the day with quiet listening, journaling, or prayer—centering ourselves on our Creator God and setting an intention for the day (such as to play, listen, or rest). Then, we enter into a focused two-hour time of art-making, with all materials provided.
Afterward, we share a time of fellowship over a delicious lunch, followed by space for individual reflection. We conclude the day by coming together to share and witness what the Lord has done in and through each of us.
Who is this for?
This retreat is for women of any age who are desiring refreshment for their hearts and souls through intentional time with the Lord. You don’t have to be artistic to participate—this is an invitation to create freely and play in the presence of our Heavenly Father. He delights in us being childlike!
